3 in-depth prenatal visits/meetings in person or virtually to discuss birth plan, concerns or questions you may have, comfort techniques and coping ideas for birth, and postpartum plan.

Support via phone, text or email once contract is signed

24/7 on call starting at 38 weeks until birth

Support during active labor at your birth location (home, hospital, birth center, etc) 

Support immediately after birth to help initiate the breastfeeding process if that is what you choose to do. If you wish to bottle feed your baby, I will help you with the first feeding.

Assist in providing information and emotional support by telephone on postpartum care, breastfeeding, and newborn care for 5 days postpartum.

Postpartum visit in person or virtually within the first week – meal included and up to 3 hours 

If your baby has been diagnosed with a fatal diagnosis or your baby has passed away, I am so sorry and my heart breaks with you and for you. As a bereavement doula it is my passion and honor to serve you free of charge.**

My first goal is to be there for you, as someone who has experienced baby loss and can relate, validate and listen.  Also, to walk with you through your darkest hour and help bring some light on how we can honor your birth and your baby throughout the rest of your pregnancy, labor and delivery. 

**It is the legacy of families I serve to offer a pay-it-forward option. You can receive from this Legacy Fund if you’ll like. Later you also can add back to it, when things are a little less overwhelming. Your love offering will be in honor of your baby and will provide the next family with the much needed bereavement services you were able to receive.
