I’ve never had a doula for any of my pregnancies and births before.
Nicole was recommended to me by a friend at our church. As my last baby rounds out our family, I decided to get all the things I never had before. Best. Decision.
Nicole is the absolute sweetest human being I’ve ever met. I really felt like she cared about me, my baby, and the rest of my family, and I felt taken care of by her. She was literally always there for me, and always the first to arrive (I had a birth photog, a midwife, and an assistant as well). I knew I could always count on Nicole to help, and be a comforting hand.
She was there from the start after our first meeting, and has been there to chat and help after the birth as well (bringing dinner and a sweet little gift, and offering to help in other ways tool). She had amazing ideas, good techniques, a soft voice and touch, and we laughed and bonded over some things not related to pregnancy either.
She brought things I never would have thought to use or try for laboring purposes, she brought encouraging cards, she included me in all thoughts and decision making, and she helped when I was having really hard days by getting involved with me (namely: doing some of the laboring techniques she found for me with me).
My first (and last) experience just left me feeling really at peace. She was my soft rock; there to rely on, yet gentle when I needed that as well. I don’t think anyone else can do it like her. Her heart and passion for this truly exudes through her. Thank you, Nicole!


Nicole was an amazing doula! I highly recommend her. She is detail oriented and helped to plan out every detail of our birth plan. She was available for support before during and after birth of our daughter. My C-section recovery was much easier than previous ones due to Nicole’s help. She is reliable and went above and beyond. Nicole provided suggestions on how lower anxiety and also took photos the day of delivery so that we could have memories to last a lifetime. All too often family members want to come over and “help” by holding the baby. Nicole offered help by doing whatever I needed around the house allowing me to spend more relaxed quality time with the baby recovering. She helped after delivery with meal planning, laundry, household chores, and organizing nursery clothes. I would recommend using Nicole for your next child.
